In addition to all the responsibilities of Level I, mentored and trained Level I Support Specialists, while also assisting hospital and clinic staff with Epic EMR and other clinical IT systems. I used my knowledge of university software, hardware, and networking to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues with minimal supervision. My work not only improved team efficiency but also helped keep critical healthcare systems running smoothly, reducing disruptions and ensuring reliable access to important technology.

Core part of a team that provided comprehensive IT support to over 10,000 users, focusing on Epic EMR systems, efficient ticket management, and swift clinical case resolution to ensure seamless healthcare operations. Collaborating with more than 30 teams, I resolved critical system issues within 30 minutes, significantly reducing disruptions to patient care and enhancing operational productivity. My responsibilities extended to supporting over 12,000 Windows clients, 700 virtual desktops, and approximately 1,000 Mac clients across two campuses, maintaining optimal functionality across diverse platforms in a high-stakes healthcare environment.

I developed a Python application that automated content posting across multiple social media platforms, reducing manual effort for creators by 70% and significantly streamlining the content scheduling process. By implementing Selenium WebDriver, I enabled the application to navigate social media sites effectively, bypassing API limitations specific to creator accounts.

Gained a solid foundation in IT principles and hands-on experience across areas like programming, cybersecurity, and network management. The program’s focus on practical learning allowed me to work directly with industry-standard tools and collaborate on real-world projects, preparing me to tackle complex IT challenges confidently. As a Math Tutor at the The University of Toledo’s Learning Enhancement Center, I help over 15 students each week improve their understanding of complex math concepts. Through my support, students have seen a boost in their exam scores, reflecting their growth and confidence in math. I've also earned the International Tutor Training Program Certification (ITTPC) at CRLA Levels I and II, which included 24 hours of focused training in tutoring techniques, communication, and ethics, along with over 150 hours of hands-on tutoring experience. This role has strengthened my ability to break down challenging topics and support students in reaching their academic goals.
