About

I'm an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate working as a Data Center Operations Technician IV at Amazon Web Services, where I build internal tools, lead a media-sanitization compliance program, and resolve complex infrastructure incidents across a multi-building data center cluster. Before AWS, I worked in IT support at the University of Toledo, administering enterprise systems like SCCM, VMware VDI, and Active Directory for over 12,000 users, and I maintain my own homelab to keep experimenting with secure network design. With a strong programming background in Python, I've also built projects like a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) application and a plug-and-play penetration testing device. I graduated summa cum laude with a 3.99 GPA from the University of Toledo with a B.S. in Information Technology, concentrating in Cybersecurity. I'm dedicated to growing my background in software, networking, and security into cloud and infrastructure architecture.

I also lead the site's monthly safety program and have conducted 30+ technical interviews contributing to several new hires.
